2. Licensing and Usage
2.1. Single License Use:
Templates and plugins purchased from Beatifyy are licensed for single use only. This means they can only be installed on one Shopify store per license.
2.2. Non-Resale Policy:
- You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing any products purchased from Beatifyy, including modified versions.
- You may not repurpose or claim ownership of any part of the template or plugin code.
2.3. Prohibited Uses:
- Using the templates or plugins in a manner that violates Shopify’s terms of service.
- Modifying or removing any credits, trademarks, or proprietary notices included in the templates without prior written consent from Beatifyy.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1. Payment Policy:
All payments must be made through the available payment gateways on Beatifyy.
3.2. Refund Policy:
- Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only offered in cases of defective or unusable products, and requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with sufficient proof.
3.3. Chargebacks:
Filing an unauthorized chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of your license and legal action if necessary.
4. Product Support
4.1. Beatifyy provides support for its products through official support channels only.
4.2. Support is limited to product functionality and does not cover custom modifications or third-party conflicts.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All templates, plugins, and associated assets are the exclusive property of Beatifyy and are protected under copyright law.
5.2. Unauthorized use of Beatifyy products will result in legal action.
6. Updates and Compatibility
6.1. Beatifyy will make reasonable efforts to keep products compatible with Shopify’s latest updates and features. However, compatibility with third-party apps or custom Shopify themes is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

You are allowed to modify and customize the Sound Kitify template for personal or commercial use within the scope of your purchased license. However, you may not resell or redistribute the modified template as your own product.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Sound Kitify template is provided “as is” without any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
